Structural review is a licensed engineer's analysis of your structural construction documents — verifying that foundations, framing, connections, and lateral systems comply with the Florida Building Code and structural engineering standards.
Is a structural review part of plan review?
Structural is one of the disciplines covered in our full plan review. However, complex or high-profile projects may require a standalone, detailed structural-only review by our PE-licensed engineers.
Do you review hurricane-resistant designs?
Yes. Florida has some of the most stringent wind design requirements in the country. We review for compliance with ASCE 7 wind speeds and Florida Building Code Special Wind Regions where applicable.
Can you review both residential and commercial structures?
