We’re rolling out a new service tier aimed at projects where schedule is the critical path: a 48-hour expedited plan review. Submit by end-of-day Monday, and you’ll have comments back before end-of-day Wednesday.

What’s included

  • Full Florida Building Code plan review — same scope as our standard service
  • Written comments with code references, delivered as a PDF markup
  • One round of revision review at the expedited pace
  • Direct phone access to the reviewer for clarification questions

When it makes sense

Expedited review is designed for projects where a one- or two-week delay would push a closing, a financing deadline, or a sequenced subcontractor start. It’s not a different review — it’s the same review, prioritized.

What it costs

Pricing is a flat premium over our standard plan-review fee and depends on project size and complexity. We’ll quote it as a line item so you can decide whether the compressed timeline is worth it for your specific job.

How to request it

Flag it when you submit your plans, or reach out directly and we’ll confirm availability for your submission window. Capacity is intentionally limited so we can guarantee the turnaround — book early when you can.
